2-4 mm GRANULAR FERTILIZER PRODUCTION FACILITY

Within the scope of the construction work, Boron Granular Fertilizer with a capacity of 20,000 tons/year, ABCOL with a capacity of 12,500 tons/year, and Crushing Plant with a capacity of 12,500 tons/year were built.

For this purpose, the following productions were made.

• Supply of 4 Rotary Dryers,

• Supply of 1 Vertical Roller Mill

• 8 Pneumatic Conveying Systems,

• 64 Bunkers,

• 2 Sets of Granulation Equipment and Mixers,

• 10 JetPulse Filter-Fans, 4 Crushers, 23 Elevators, 22 Conveyor Belts and Various Carriers

• 1050 tons of Main Building Steel, 700 tons of Platform Steel Manufacturing

• All electrical and automation works of the facility,
